UFC 2026 schedule locks Gane, Oliveira defenses

Renato Moicano heads the next UFC event on Saturday, facing Tom Nolan in the main event. This marks the fifth time Moicano has headlined a UFC card. The matchup comes after Moicano defeated teammate Chris Duncan in April using a combination of strikes and submission.

Moicano sought a high-profile opponent following his victory over Duncan. He initially secured a fight against Brian Ortega for UFC 332. Ortega suffered an injury, forcing the rebooking. Moicano now faces Nolan, a fighter who recently entered the lightweight Top 15 after defeating Fares Ziam.

The UFC returns to Madison Square Garden in November with a double title card. In the main event, heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane defends his belt against Josh Hokit. Gane recently captured the heavyweight title. Hokit is positioned as a fast-rising contender in the division.

Kayla Harrison and Amanda Nunes headline the co-main event at the same venue. The women's bantamweight title fight was originally scheduled for January. Harrison sustained an injury that delayed the bout. The matchup pits the current champion against the divisional standout.

Charles Oliveira closes out the 2026 schedule with a BMF title defense. The former two-time featherweight champion faces Diego Lopes. Lopes makes his lightweight debut in the bout. Oliveira currently holds the ceremonial BMF championship.

The schedule confirms these three major events for the remainder of the year. Fans can watch every UFC numbered event and Fight Night through Paramount+ subscriptions. Plans begin at 8.99 dollars per month or 89.99 dollars per year.
