Boots cuts luxury perfume prices by up to 56 percent for holiday shoppers
Major fragrance brands are available at reduced costs as part of the retailer's limited-time Star Gifts promotion.

Boots is selling a 200 milliliter bottle of Calvin Klein CK One Eau de Toilette for £34, a reduction of £42 from the regular price.
The discount represents a 56 percent cut in cost for the unisex fragrance. This price point sits at the bottom of the current promotional range for designer perfumes.
The retailer is offering these reductions through a program called Star Gifts. This initiative features limited-time deals on beauty products, fragrances, and gifts. New offers are added weekly in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
Prices for major fragrance brands have dropped sharply under this scheme. Some items are available for less than half of their standard retail value. The selection includes popular scents from Giorgio Armani, Mugler, Versace, and Burberry.
Giorgio Armani My Way Eau de Parfum is currently listed at £49, down from £102. The scent features notes of bergamot, orange blossom, jasmine, and vanilla. One customer with a five-star review noted that they received several compliments and that their husband loved the fragrance.
Mugler Alien Hypersense Eau de Parfum is available for £49.50, reduced from £99. This version of the Alien line includes pear, green mandarin, and jasmine mixed with musk. Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal Eau de Parfum is priced at £57, a drop from £96, and contains patchouli, honey, and blood orange.
Ghost Orb of Night Eau De Parfum has been reduced to £22 from £45. The dessert-inspired scent includes cherry, almond, freesia, jasmine, caramel, and sandalwood. Burberry Her Elixir de Parfum is offered at £50, down from £108, with notes of strawberry, blackberry, vanilla, and amber.
Versace Eros Eau de Toilette is selling for £55, a decrease from £96. The fragrance combines mint, lemon zest, and apple with tonka bean and geranium. A shopper described the scent as divine in a five-star review, noting it was a suitable gift for their husband.
Rabanne Fame Eau De Parfum is available for £59, a reduction of £40 from the £99 price tag. The scent includes mango, bergamot, vanilla, and incense. BOSS The Scent Magnetic Eau de Parfum for Him is half price at £53.50, down from £107. Customers have praised the longevity of this masculine aroma in product reviews.
